Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason at all you want to return something, you can do so within 14 days of delivery.
We'll give you a full refund or exchange the item. We don't refund the original postage and packaging charge, but if you just want us to exchange the item then you don't pay any postage for the replacement.
During the SALE we have a seven-day return policy for all goods bought on the site.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SHIP IT AS A RETURNING PRODUCT AND INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL INVOICE.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition: make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
Please make sure to return the shoes and shoe box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.
You may return the goods by any secure transport.
